This app is fantastic because it explains, through the daily videos, precisely what is going on in the tropics. The information is easy to understand, helpful and obviously produced by people who know what they are talking about. I simply cannot wait to see this app in action during a landfall! I look forward to being able to watch the real-time data, web cam images and surge cam in action. There is no question, you need is app in your hurricane collection.

This is much more than a hurricane app that just throws data at you. What sets it apart is Mark Sudduth and his updates (in blog form) and his extensive video commentary. Mark is extremely knowledgeable and gives you the best forecasts you can get. Highly recommended.

At first this app was working fine. Now the video reports and updates do not load. This is a serious drawback and until this is corrected, I would not recommend this app. If it not corrected, I will delete the app from my iPhone.

Been following Marks Tahoe trips for years. Can learn much listening to him talk while he drives. You have to find the twitter link to follow the live video. Mark beat the experts calling the hurricane that hit Louisiana after Katrina. Forgot the name.

This app is excellent for the armchair storm chasers and serious weather people alike. You can access up to date info on current storms and general info in the off season. If you live in a hurricane area and want to keep updated on storms, this app is a must.

I stumbled upon a rant posted on his website and looked for comments and saw there were none. He was complaining about people losing interest in preparing for hurricane. I read it more that hes scared Mother Nature is messing with his livelihood. (Funny, auto correct capitalized Mother Nature) Thats when I realized I PAID for this ap. This is a novice hurricane fan site/ap at best. I bought it for the cameras he was installing. The one camera was a joke.

This app makes you feel as though the storm is tight outside your door. When major networks like CNN are using Marks data off the same app... You know you are getting the best of the bet in the palm of your hands.

Loved the winter storm coverage. Cant wait for the hurricane season! Glad I found this app.

I absolutely love the information that is shared here by the real Meteorologists who run it. If you want to be prepared for when a storm strikes and be VERY in the know (and maybe even learn something) - then this is the app for you. My only issue lately is that the app crashes sometimes and then sometimes doesnt. Im sure it is just a bug that can be fixed. Just wanted to mention that, also to see if anyone else has been experiencing the app crashing on opening it. Otherwise the app is great. =} ~From a studying Meteorologist

For the past two weeks app has only been opening half the time. For last two days it doesnt open at all.

Pass on this. This app crashes on startup. Plus when it does work, there is not any info on here that you cant find on twitter or the web. This publisher is associated with kitty code which is known for money grab apps. Avoid!

I got suckered into buying this to follow the impact of Hurricane Gonzalo on Bermuda. Once the conditions on the island reached typical spring thunderstorm intensity, the updates stopped coming. This app is useless, because it’s not possible to keep the flow of data going when power and Internet services are going down. I wish I had thought this thru instead of making the impulse buy.

I use this app on my work iPhone and cannot say enough about the daily video blogs during hurricane season! Worth the price just for those! Add the on-scene updates and live wind data and we are talking five stars all the way! No app takes you in to the hurricane like this one. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves weather.

Really enjoy this app. Kept me informed the past three hurricane seasons. Best feature for me is the video blogs each day. Better than watching TV! Great job guys!

I liked this app at first but now it refuses to open. The developers need to update it asap.

App crashes closed right after opening screen appears, on iPhone 6+ with iOS 8.4. Annoying with a paid-for app. Ill wait a week and report back. Until then, Ill give it three stars on its promise.

I like this app and its potential. It does everything that it says in its description. I would give it 5 stars but Im going to give it 4 since we really havent had a major hurricane to test it. Im sure most people are OK with that LOL. By the way I really enjoy the video blogs .
